Doesn't the province already do all this?
ServiceOntario's 5-in-1 bundle covers the birth registration, certificate, SIN, Child Benefit and an RESP referral, and it's genuinely good. But it still gets sent back over small errors, and it doesn't include two of the most error-prone filings: your baby's OHIP health card and first passport. We make sure the bundle is right and we handle the two it leaves out.
Do you file the forms for me?
No, and that's deliberate. You stay the applicant and the filer of record. We review and correct your forms and hand you a print-ready package; you sign and submit it. It keeps you in control and keeps the process honest.
Where is my data stored, and who can see it?
Your documents are encrypted and stored on servers in Canada, in line with PIPEDA and PHIPA. Only your reviewer and a second checker can open them, every access is logged, and we delete everything 30 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep it for future filings.
What if we're newcomers, or one parent isn't a citizen yet?
That's exactly who we're built for. As long as one parent is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, the new-baby review applies. If your situation is more complex, such as a child born abroad or a status question, tell us and we'll let you know honestly whether we can help yet.
How long does it take?
Most reviews come back within 48 hours of receiving your documents. If something's missing or needs your input, we'll reach out before we finish.
What if I change my mind?
Your review is fully refundable until you submit your forms to the agency. Government filing fees (like the passport fee) are paid by you directly to the agency, so we never hold or mark them up.
